Searching and Filtering Demo Club Orders

As your list of current and past (i.e., finalized, deleted) demo club orders grow, it is important to be able to find and access the past order information quickly. You can do this by searching for orders on the Demo Club Dashboard. When searching, you can use one of the two methods to search for and filter orders:

  • Quick search

  • Advanced search

In this article, we will provide instructions on using quick search and advanced search to filter and find demo club orders.

Quick Search Demo Club Orders:

If you are looking for a current demo club order, use the quick search at the top of the Demo Club Dashboard to use this feature. The quick search allows you to search by member/guest name, type, tracking, or other information (as shown below).

Advanced Search/Filter:

When using the advanced filter, you will also be able to narrow search results by issue, expected, and return dates for demo orders based on your selected view. To search for demo orders, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Services > Demo Clubs > Dashboard.

  2. Select the view you wish to search in (i.e., current demos, past demos, overdue, etc.).

  3. Click "Demo Clubs Dashboard Search" (as shown below).

  4. Select one or more search filters:

    1. Tracking #: Filter by the demo club tracking id number.

    2. Customer Type: Filter more specifically by member or guest.

      1. Member: Select a member from your member roster

      2. Guest: Type in a guest name.

    3. Issue Start/End Date: Filter by specific issued start or end dates.

    4. Expected Start/End Date: Filter by specific expected return start or end dates.

    5. Returned Start/End Date: Filter by specific returned start or end dates.

  5. Click "Search". The filtered order results will then be displayed.
