Q: I need to edit the inventory limit for an item in the online order form. Can I update the limit even though orders have been placed?
A: You can update the available units of an item at any time, even if orders have already been placed. To update the available units for an item in your online order form, go to Orders > Special Orders > Online Order Form > Action Drop-Down > Edit. Update the available units and click save. Note: You will only be able to update the available units of an item.
