How can I fill out an Online Order Form for Members?

Q: My member needs assistance filling out their Online Order Form. Can I fill out the form for them?

A: You can fill out an Online Order Form on behalf of your member by following these directions:

  1. Go to Orders > Special Orders > Online Order Forms.

  2. Click the Action drop-down for the proper Online Order Form.

  3. Select "Place Order for Member" (as shown below).

  4. Select the member.

  5. Click "Start Placing Order."

  6. Select the Items.

  7. View the Shopping Cart and click "Submit Order."

  8. The order will be added to the Special Order Dashboard.
