Q: I am entering shipping details for a stock order, and I would like the order to automatically be moved to the "Delivered" stage (prompting member notifications) once it has been delivered by the shipping company. How can I do this?
A: Go to Orders > Stock Orders > Settings. Enable the automatic order transition (as shown below).
Once enabled, any stock order (with the tracking number entered) will automatically be moved to the "Delivered" stage once the shipping company marks it as delivered.
