Q: I just uploaded a stock order via the AI-assisted upload, but one of the line items is in the wrong product category. Can I move the line item?
A: Once you have uploaded the PDF with the Stock Order AI Assistant powered by Gemini and are reviewing the categories and line items, you may find that you have items not assigned to the correct category or mixed in with other categories. Our Move Items tool will help move and assign those items to the categories that best fit your order.
To move items, follow these directions:
Or open an existing order if you are not already in a stock order.
In the column "Line #," click "Move Item" (as shown below).
Once clicked, you can choose the items you want to move (as shown below). By default, all items are selected. However, you can uncheck any items you don't wish to move. Note: You can cancel this action anytime by clicking cancel in the Line # column.
Once you have selected the items you want to move, choose from the “Select a Product Category” Dropdown and pick the new category (as shown below).
When the new category is selected, click "Move."
After clicking Move, the items selected will be moved into the new category.
