Managing Online Order Forms when using TM Event Roster Sync

Your Golf Genius TM Event Roster can be synchronized with your Online Order Forms, allowing you to easily manage event swag, tee gifts, and collect limited orders for your golf events and tournaments. This powerful integration lets you create an online order form, share it with players on the roster, and collect orders all from Golf Shop. As players are added to your event roster, they are automatically synced to your online order form, so you can easily send communications, track order status, and more.

In this article, we outline the additional setup steps and capabilities available when managing online order forms with TM Event Roster Sync.

Creating the Online Order Form

The first step when creating any new online order form is to define the Online Order Form Settings. When entering the details of your online order form, you will have the option to "Enable form for TM Event Roster" (as shown below).

After enabling this option in the Form Settings, you will select the following:

  • Select Season: Select the season the event is part of.

  • Select Event: Select the event you would like to sync the roster.

Sharing the Online Order Form

After creating your online order form with the TM Event Roster sync, you are ready to share it with your Golf Genius TM Event Roster (players). This allows them to place their orders digitally. When sharing the online order form, you will have the following options:

  • Manually Sharing the Form: When manually sharing the form, you can manually share the form via email and/or text message to players on your roster at any time. When new players are added to the roster, you will also need to send the form to these individuals. For details, Click Here.

  • Automating Form Communication: When automating form communication, you can set up the form to be automatically sent to players via email and/or text message when the form opens. Further, when new players are added to the roster, they will also receive the notification that a form is available. For details, Click Here.

Player Order Status Dashboard

If you have created your Online Order Form using the TM Event Roster option, you will have a page where you can view your Golf Genius TM Event Roster, the status of their orders, and the options to send additional communications or edit their orders on their behalf (as shown below).
