Q: I would like to create a QR Code for members to access Member Portals. Can this be done?
A: It is possible to create a QR Code for Member Portals that can be shared with your members. Note: A QR Code should only be used if you are using Member Field Authentication.
While we do not generate QR Codes, many free QR Code creators are available on the web to create your own code. If you use your preferred search engine and search "create a QR Code," you should be able to find one.
Once you find a QR Code generator, you will want to enter your Member Portal URL. You can find this by following these directions:
Go to Communication > Member Portals.
For the page you wish to create a QR code, click the dropdown and select "Settings."
Click the copy code for "Member Portal Website URL" (as shown below).
