A: You can verify if a vendor has opened an email for a special order by going to the Special Order Dashboard. For special orders that have been placed by email with a vendor, and are in the "Orders Placed" stage, will display the flag "Vendor email not opened" if a vendor has not opened the email (as shown below). Once the email has been opened by the vendor, this flag will be removed.
