How can I cancel a special order?

Q: The vendor canceled a special order I placed with them. How can I cancel that special order from the Special Order Dashboard?

A: To cancel a special order, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Orders > Special Orders > Dashboard.

  2. Find the special order you would like to cancel.

  3. Click the action dropdown and click "Cancel."

  4. Make any additional adjustments as necessary.

  5. Click "OK." After the order has been canceled, the order is tagged with the flag "Canceled" and an option to "Restore" it if necessary (as shown below). Note: This order will be visible on the Dashboard for 24 hours. Following this period, it will be removed but can always be located using the Advanced Search feature.
