Managing Club Logos

Club Logos will show up and be used in many different areas of your account, enhancing the look and feel of the materials sent to your member, guest, and vendors. You will be able to upload multiple logos, with one logo defined as your default logo.

Here is a look at some of the places your default logo will be displayed:

  • Automated Emails

  • Single/Bulk Emails

  • Default Reports

  • Custom Reports

  • Survey

You can also select to use your alternate logo's in the following locations:

  • Automated Emails

  • Single/Bulk Emails

  • Survey

In this article, we will discuss how you can upload and manage your logos.

Uploading Logo:

To upload a logo for your account, follow these directions:

  1. Go to Club Details > Logo(s) & Banner(s).

  2. Select "Upload Logo."

  3. Navigate to the logo, select it, and click "Open."

  4. Click the button "Default Logo" (if necessary).

Note: If this is the first logo, it will be assigned as the default logo to be used.

File Specifications:

The file types must be a jpg, jpeg, gif (static image), or png file.

Remove a Logo:

You can also remove any of your current logos. To do this, click the red "X" (as shown below).

Note: If you remove the default logo, the logo in the first position will be assigned as the new default logo. If another logo should be the default logo, click the button for that logo to be defined as the default logo.
