Customizing Daily Snapshot Notification Frequency
As a manager, you can subscribe/unsubscribe and adjust the notification frequency of your Daily Snapshot. Suppose you wish not to receive the Daily Snapshot. In that case, you can unsubscribe by going to Manager Details > Snapshot and clicking the toggle for "Enable automatic daily snapshot notification," so it is off (as shown below).
Alternatively, suppose you wish to only receive the Daily Snapshot on the days your are in the golf shop. In that case, you can select which day you would like to receive a notification on. Go to Manager Details > Snapshot and check the boxes next to the days you wish to receive notifications, and uncheck the box next to the day you do not wish to receive notifications (as shown below).
Customizing Daily Snapshot Email Content
If you are a Customer Manager and prefer to adjust what is included in your Daily Snapshot, go to Manager Details > Snapshot. You can select what content you want to be included or excluded from your Daily Snapshot (as shown below).
Member Birthday
If you wish to receive notifications about a member's birthday, the birthday must be in the Member Profile system field for "Birthday" (as shown below).
