Q: When creating a club repair order for grips, I cannot seem to access my Grip Inventory. Why is this?
A: There are a couple of possible reasons you might not be able to access your grip inventory. When creating a new repair order, you will need to select "Regripping" as the repair type, and you will be able to see your grips (as shown below).
If you do not have the repair type "Regripping," or this spelling is the most likely reason you cannot see your grip inventory. Here is how your can correct these two scenarios:
Different Spelling/Capitalization: If you have a different spelling/capitalization (i.e., ReGrip, Grips, etc.) then your Grip Inventory will not be displayed. You will need to update your Club Repair Types to be labeled "Regripping" or "Regrip" exactly. To do so, go to Services > Club Repair > Repair Types. Edit the existing repair type and enter the suggested spellings (as shown below).
βMissing Repair Type: If you do not have a club repair option for "Regripping," then you will need to add this repair type. To do so, go to Services > Club Repair > Repair Types > New Repair Type. Enter the repair type name as "Regripping" or "Regrip," set the type of repair to "Onsite," select the commission values (if necessary), and click "Save."
