Q: I would like all to CC our Head Professional when an order has been placed. How can I add his email as a Bcc to the automated emails?
A: Every automated email has a default message that can be changed and customized if necessary. For more details about automated emails, Click Here.
To do this, follow these instructions:
Go to Communication > Email Center > Automated Emails.
Click the dropdown for Special Order.
Click "Edit" on the "When Special Order has been placed..." email.
Enable the toggle switch to customize the email.
In the BCC: line, add the manager's email. Separate each email with a comma (as shown below).
βAfter making the changes, click "Refresh Preview" to preview the email.
Click "Save." The automated email default message will be saved and applied to future notifications.
