Q: I would like to customize the automated text and email notifications. How can I do that?
A: You can customize email and text message templates any time from the Communication center.
Automated Email: Go to Communications > Emails > Automated Emails to customize the automated emails. Select the dropdown for a feature and click edit on the email you wish to edit.
Automated Text Messages: Go to Communications > Text Messages > Automated Text to customize the automated text messages. Select the dropdown for a feature and click edit on the message you wish to edit.
