Q: When Golf Shop sends an email, the from line displays our facility name. Can we customize the from line to also include the managers name?
A: While we cannot customize the email (donotreply@golfgenius.com), you can customize the name displayed on the from line in an email (as shown below).
When sending an email from the Email Center, Survey, Special order, etc., you can update the "From" line to include any text you would like, or you can use the dynamic fields for the manager name and club name (as shown below).
You can also update the "From" line for any Automated Emails.
