Sharing Member Portals with Members

Updated over 4 months ago

Member Portals are a great communication tool for golf clubs. For members, these pages are a convenient place to view everything related to golf shop orders, rentals, demos, club repairs, surveys, and online order forms. You can also list additional information, such as sales, shop hours, reservation links, and so much more. By directing members to Member Portals, members can find the information they are looking for without contacting the shop.

In this article, we will discuss the following available options to share Member Portals with your members:

  • Direct Link

  • SSO Links

Direct Link using Member Field Authentication:

If you are not using Clubessential SSO, you can add a direct link to the Member Portal on your club's website, share it via email, or post it in any other way you see fit. Members can then "log in" using member custom field authentication. To find your direct link, follow these directions:

  1. Navigate to Communication > Member Portals.

  2. Click the action dropdown for the page you wish to share and click "Settings."

  3. Copy the Member Portal Website URL (as shown below).

  4. Add this link to your club's website or other places as you see fit.

SSO Links on your Club Website:

Listing Member Portals on your club website using an SSO will require a little bit of work on your end, but it provides your members greater flexibility when trying to access details about their special order, club repairs, and demo club, as well as the ability to answer surveys and fill out online order forms. This can be accomplished using the following SSOs:

  • Clubessential

  • Jonas
