The Special Order Dashboard on the Mobile App is like the Special Order Dashboard found on a web browser. This is where you will go on the mobile app to place, manage, and view existing special orders. Further, you will be able to manage shipping information, drop-ship information, internal notes, order details, specific order notification settings, and more. If you are in a hurry, use the quick order entry from the Member/Guest Search and modify it later from the Special Order Dashboard.
On the Dashboard, your special orders will be organized by tabs in the pipeline view by the following stages:
To Place: Special order information entered but not yet placed to vendor.
Placed: Special order placed to vendor.
Delivered: Special order received by the club but not finalized.
In this article, we will discuss the Special Order Dashboard, the available stage views, editing special orders, and searching special orders on the mobile app.

Special Order Dashboard on the Mobile App
All existing special orders will be displayed in a compact view when accessing the Special Order Dashboard, showing only the Member/Guest information and the Vendor details. Clicking on any special order will expand the order and display information related to the order (as shown below).
This includes the customer name, the special order it is associated with, the age of the order, shipping details if applicable, actions depending on the stage the order is in (e.g., Place Order, Create Similar, Edit, Enter Shipping, etc.), and alerts (e.g., Shipping Overdue, Delivery Overdue, Not Finalized).
The Mobile Special Order Dashboard also groups multiple items in a single PO, which allows for bulk actions such as placing, receiving, and finalizing a multi-item PO (as shown below).
To Place Tab
From the "To Place" tab, you will be able to Enter Special Orders, view existing special orders, edit existing orders, create similar orders, and Place Special Orders with vendors (as shown below).
Entering New Special Orders:
To enter a new special order on the mobile app, click the “+” button. When placing an order, you will be able to enter order details (as shown below).
The mobile app will allow you to enter the necessary details related to the order (e.g., Vendor, Customer, Description, Category Field, Logos, etc.) and further update the order from a computer. For more details on this step, Click Here.
When entering or editing an order, click on "Order Details" (as shown below) to see logo options (if checked), customer details, vendor details, upload files, and activity logs.
Note: Special orders created from a mobile device will display a “Mobile App” tag when viewed in a web browser (as shown below). This tag will only appear in the “Orders to Place” stage to notify managers that the order details may need verification before being placed with the vendor.
Editing Special Orders
It happens all the time, a member catches you at the front door, and they need to change the color of the shirt they want to order. You can make the edit to the special order right in the mobile app. To edit an order, search and click to expand the order you wish to edit, then click "Edit." You will have access to the same fields and order details outlined in the section above, "Entering New Special Orders."
Placing Special Orders
When you are ready to place a special order, you can do that within the mobile app. To place an order, click on "Place Order." After you have clicked "Place Order," you will be able to place an order via phone, B2BWebsite, or email (as shown below).
In the "Order Details," you can review customer notification, see the order summary, vendor details, and activity log. If you place an order for multiple items, a summary will be available for each item and notification settings for each member/guest.

Placed Tab
Once you have placed an order with the vendor, it will be moved to the orders "Placed" tab. From here, you will be able to enter and view shipping information, create similar orders, and receive special orders (as shown below).
Entering Shipping Details
If you received shipping details for an order, you could add it to the special order on the mobile app. Adding shipping details to orders will allow the order to be moved automatically to "Delivered" after being delivered to the club (if enabled). To assign shipping details to an order, click "Enter Shipping." You will then be asked to enter vendor confirmation, expected ship and delivery dates, the shipping company, and the tracking number (as shown below).
