Q: We have several players that have not filled out an online order form. How can I send a reminder email?
A: As long as the online order form is still open, you can send a reminder email to the players who have received an email but have not filled out the order form. If you notice a poor response rate, send the reminder email to encourage more players to complete the form.
To send a reminder, go to Orders > Special Orders > Online Order Form > (Action Dropdown) > Send by Email.
Select the option to send email to "Reminder Email," and the reminder email will be sent to all recipients who have previously received an email but have not completed the form. Similar to sending the original email, you can define the from, reply to, bcc, subject, and modify the email body (as shown below). Further, you will be able to view the recipient list for which players will receive the reminder email by clicking the number of players in the upper right corner. Click "Send Reminder" to send the email immediately, or click "Schedule" to send it at a later date/time.
