Q: A player deleted the email that contained their online order form link. Can I resend the email?
A: As long as the online order form is still open, you can resend an email to all players or specific players.
To resend an online order form, go to Orders > Special Orders > Online Order Form > Action Drop-Down > Send by Email. Just like when sending the online order form email the first time, you will be able to pick who you would like to send the email to by selecting the "Specific Members" option. Edit the from, reply to, bcc, subject, and modify the email body (as shown below). Click "Send Online Order" to immediately send the email or you can send it at a later date/time by clicking "Schedule."
Keep in mind, if a player has already placed an order, as long as the online order form is still open, they can return to the form (via the link) to access and edit their existing order.
