Searching Purchase Orders

Updated over 4 months ago

As your list of current and past purchase orders grows, it is important to find and access the order information quickly. You can do this by searching orders on the purchase order dashboard. When searching, you can apply filters to find the desired purchase order quickly.

In this article, we will provide instructions on searching and finding purchase orders.

Searching Purchase Orders:

To search purchase orders, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Orders > Special Orders > Purchase Orders > Quick Order Search.

  2. Select one or more filters:

    1. Status: Filter by order status (e.g., Open Orders, Delivery Overdue, Shipping).

    2. Vendor: Filter more specifically by a specific vendor from your vendor list. For instance, if filtering by "Callaway," only purchase orders to Callaway will show in the search.

    3. Customer Type: Filter by customer type (member or guest).

    4. Start Date/End Date: Filter by a specific range of dates the purchase order(s) was placed.

  3. Click "Search."

The filtered purchase order results will then be displayed.
