Q: How can I easily track, manage, or search staff orders on the Special Order Dashboard?
A: Tracking staff order is possible with Golf Genius Golf Shop, but it depends on how you want to add staff to your member roster. As a best practice, we recommend using one of the following options to enter staff orders so you can easily track, manage and search them on the Special Order dashboard:
Create one "Staff Orders" member profile: Create a member profile with the first name "Staff" and last name "Orders." Then when creating a special order, include the staff members name in the SO number (as shown below) or just put a note in the SO "internal notes" that says who the order is for.
When searching for orders, you can search by the member name "Staff Orders" or enter "staff" in the description.Add staff to your member roster: You can add staff names to your member roster. Then when creating a special order, add "Staff" to the SO number (as shown below) or just put a note in the SO "internal note" that says "Staff Order."
