Q: I am trying to send a quote for a special order, but I keep getting the message "Can't send a quote for an order with multiple customers." Why am I getting this message, and how can I send the quote?
A: When sending a quote to a customer, the special order must be attached to a purchase order with only one member on it. To update a special order and add it to a new purchase order, follow these directions:
Go to Orders > Special Order > Dashboard.
Find the special order you need to update, select the action drop-down, and click "Edit."
In the purchase order line, click "here" to add the special order to a new Purchase Order (as shown below). A new Purchase order will be created for this special order.
Click "Send Quote" to send the quote.
Make adjustments to the contact details and notifications (if necessary).
Click "Send Quote."
