Managing Surveys

Updated over 3 months ago

Surveys are a great way to collect important member information and get answers to subjects regarding the golf operation, helping you to serve your membership and guests better. For instance, you can send surveys to:

  • Collect sizing information

  • Collect member preferences

  • Gather feedback on the golf shop service

  • Gauge interest in other types of merchandise

Using Golf Genius - Golf Shop, you can create and send these types of surveys to your member roster via email, text, and guests and members with generic links. As members and guests respond, you can view and export the results for analysis. For members, you will also be able to import their answers into their member profiles.

This article overviews the survey creation process and management of ongoing surveys with links to relevant articles.
