Q: We have several members that have not picked up their special orders. How can I send a reminder email?
A: As long as the special order is still in the "Delivered" stage, you can send a reminder email to the member/guest.
To send a one-off or on-demand email notification reminder, follow these directions:
Go To Orders > Special Orders > Dashboard.
Search for and find the special order you wish to send the reminder to.
Click the action drop-down and select "Send Email Reminder" (as shown below).
Use the default message, or compose your own (as shown below).
Click "Send," and the individual will receive an email reminder.
