How can I send a Special Order Reminder?

Q: We have several members that have not picked up their special orders. How can I send a reminder email?

A: As long as the special order is still in the "Delivered" stage, you can send a reminder email to the member/guest.

To send a one-off or on-demand email notification reminder, follow these directions:

  1. Go To Orders > Special Orders > Dashboard.

  2. Search for and find the special order you wish to send the reminder to.

  3. Click the action drop-down and select "Send Email Reminder" (as shown below).

  4. Use the default message, or compose your own (as shown below).

  5. Click "Send," and the individual will receive an email reminder.
