Managing Special Orders is a time-consuming process. When you have a bunch of special orders sitting around on the shelves, taking up space, it can also make it harder to move around in the stock room. With Golf Shop, we help simplify the process and get products out of the stock room, with automated text and email notifications when items have arrived and are ready for pickup. However, one reminder may not always be enough to get the member/guest to pick up an item, so you can also send one-off or on-demand special order reminders as an extra nudge.

On-Demand Email Notification Reminder
To send a one-off or on-demand email notification reminder, follow these directions:
Go To Orders > Special Orders > Dashboard.
Search for and find the special order you wish to send the reminder to.
Click the action drop-down and select "Send Email Reminder" (as shown below).
Use the default message, or compose your own (as shown below).
Click "Send," and the individual will receive an email reminder.
