When entering or editing a task, click on "Task Details" (as shown below) to upload files, scan a document, or take photos to be added to the task.
Marking Task as Completed
Once a task has been completed, encourage your staff members to mark it as complete so the Task Dashboard remains clean and free of previously completed tasks. Staff can mark a task as completed from the web or mobile app by clicking the circle to the left of the task name (as shown below).
After a task is marked as completed, it will be moved to the "Recently Completed" stage on the Task Dashboard. The task will stay in this stage for 24 hours. At this point, they will be moved to the completed stage and can only be found by searching for tasks.
Automated Notification
After entering the task and assigning a staff member or group of staff, the staff will then receive an email notification (if enabled) and text message notification (if enabled) about the task.
For automated emails, you can view the Email Delivery Report to ensure emails were delivered successfully and identify those that were not. Click Here for more details.
