Q: We created an online order form with a TM Event Roster Sync that includes a credit for event participants. How can we determine who still has a credit balance available?
A: You have two options for viewing available credit:
Quick View: Quickly view the available credit for players by accessing the Player Order Status Dashboard.
Spreadsheet Report: If you require a spreadsheet, run the Online Order Credit Balance Report from the Report Center.
