Q: I have an open support ticket, but I don't know how to access it again. How can I access my current/past support conversations?
A: All current and past conversations with our support team can be accessed from the "Help" menu. To do this, click on the "Help" tab and then click on "Messages" (as shown below). If you are looking for a past conversation or an active conversation, you will be able to find them all right there.
