As your list of current and past rentals grow, it is important to be able to find and access rental information quickly. You can do this by searching for rentals on the Rentals Dashboard. When searching, you can use one of the two methods to search for and filter rentals:
Quick search
Advanced search
In this article, we will provide instructions on using quick search and advanced search to filter and find rentals.
Quick Search Rental Orders:
If you are looking for a current rental, use the quick search at the top of the Rentals Dashboard use this feature. The quick search allows you to search by member/guest name, type, tracking, or other information (as shown below).

Advanced Search/Filter:
You can also search rentals based on additional criteria when using the advanced filter. To search for rentals, follow these instructions:
Go to Services > Rentals > Dashboard.
Select the view you wish to search in.
Click "Rentals Dashboard Search" (as shown below).
Select one or more search filters:
Tracking #: Filter by the rental tracking ID number.
Customer Type: Filter more specifically by member or guest.
Member: Select a member from your member roster.
Guest: Type in a guest name.
Issue Start/End Date: Filter by specific issued start or end dates.
Expected Start/End Date: Filter by specific expected return start or end dates.
Check the box "Canceled" if you would also like to display previously canceled rentals.
Click "Search," and the results will be displayed.
