Suppose you send emails manually or automatically to members or guests and would like to verify it has been delivered. In that case, you can use the Email Delivery Report to view past email attributes like status (e.g., delivered, opened, failed), email content, opens or clicks, and other information. This tool can answer the following questions:
Was the email successfully delivered to the recipient?
When was the email delivered?
Did the recipient open the email?
When did the recipient open the email?
Did the recipient click the link within the email?
What was the content of the email?
The Email Delivery Report includes emails composed and sent by you and other Managers or automated system messages as part of the special order and demo process.
To access the Email Delivery Report, go to Communication> Email > Delivery Reports (as shown below).
To find specific emails, use any available filters (as shown below) and click "Search."

The filtered emails will then populate (as shown below).
The results have the following information:
Type: Source of the email (e.g., Special Order, Vendor Order, Demo Club, Survey, or Custom Email).
Recipient: Email recipient, which can be either a member, guest, or vendor.
Entity: The specific entity (e.g., Special Order, Vendor Order, Demo, Survey) related to the email.
Subject: Subject of the email.
Body: View the body of the email.
To: Recipient's email address.
Status: Status of the email. Possible statuses include:
Sent: The email was sent, but delivery hasn't been confirmed.
Delivered: The email has been successfully delivered.
Opened: The recipient has opened the email.
Clicked: The recipient has clicked a link within the email.
Error: An error has occurred. Click on the red "error" icon to view the error details. Click Here for troubleshooting instructions.
Opens: Number of times the recipient has opened the email.
Clicks: Number of times the recipient has clicked a link within the email.
Last Update: Indicates the time in which the email status last changed. (e.g., time email was delivered, time recipient last clicked email, time email failed to send).
