Use our communications calendar to visualize when and what channel (e.g., Email, Text, Survey, etc.) you are connecting with your members. The calendar displays your scheduled and completed emails and text messages.

Golf Shop's communication calendar displays your messages on a monthly calendar. We’ll show you the messages you’ve scheduled or completed whenever you visit the calendar.

The calendar will display these types of messages when they are scheduled or completed:

Past events will be shown with a color-coded border and text. Future events will be shown in reverse of past events with a color-coded container and white text.

To view your calendar, go to Communications > Calendar.

You’ll see scheduled and completed communications on a monthly calendar. Click on a campaign to view the content, recipients, and schedule details. Finished campaigns will show delivery results and the option to go to the Email Delivery Report, while scheduled campaigns can pause, unschedule and edit them.

You can navigate the calendar to view other months using the option near the top of the page (as shown below).
