Before sending a survey to members and guests, you must open the Survey. When the survey is open, members and guests can enter and complete it, and even re-access and edit their responses. When you are ready to close a survey, you will have multiple options:

Manually Opening a Survey
To manually open a survey, follow these directions:
Navigate to Communication > Survey, and find the survey you wish to open.
Click the "Action" dropdown.
Select Open Survey (as shown below).
Once the survey is opened, you can send it to your members and guests.
Schedule the Open Time of a Survey
To have your survey automatically open and close at specific times, follow these directions:
Go to Communication > Surveys.
Select the "Action" dropdown menu for the Survey you want to schedule.
Click "Survey Settings."
Set the open/close.
Click "Save" to apply your settings. Note: If the open date is in the past, the survey will be opened immediately.
