Latest Quick Tips:

Analytics, Trunk Shows & Sizing Tables

Our latest quick tips break down useful features in Golf Shop to help you get up to speed. Check out the latest here, and refer to the Knowledge Base if you would like more information.

Make Data-Driven Decisions with Analytics

Golf Shop offers several valuable reports to help you analyze shop activity. You can also access dedicated Analytics Dashboards for several features, e.g., Special Orders (shown below), Demo Clubs, Rentals, Club Repairs, and Stock Orders.

These dynamic Dashboards display information and provide tools to help you manage shop activity more efficiently and effectively. They provide insightful charts, graphs, and other data filtered by stages and specific time ranges.

Creating Purchase Orders for Trunk Shows

Trunk Shows are a great way to invite and showcase vendors, attract your members, and increase sales. However, tracking these new orders can be time-consuming. Since trunk shows typically showcase a vendor or two, we recommend you create a Purchase Order first and then add multiple special orders to the same PO. Creating similar orders cuts down on clicks and saves time while enabling you to keep your members informed.

Simplify Stock Order Entry using Sizing Tables

When placing stock orders with vendors, standard sizing runs (i.e., S, M, L, XL) are often used. With Golf Shop, you can utilize the available stock order sizing tables or even create your own custom tables. Assigning appropriate sizing tables to product categories simplifies the process of entering stock orders, making it a breeze (as shown below).
