Why is my RepSpark Order not moving to Orders Placed?

Q: My RepSpark Order is not moving to the "Orders Placed" stage in Golf Shop even though it was placed in RepSpark. Why not?

A: This typically happens when the order placed in RepSpark is not synced with a Golf Shop order. To verify your order is synced to the Golf Shop Order, in RepSpark, navigate to the order confirmation page. Under the order details section in the RepSpark Confirmation, you should see a unique field showing "Golf Genius Golf Shop Special Order" (as shown below). If this unique field is not showing in the RepSpark Confirmation, the Golf Shop Order and RepSpark order are not synced.

Since the two are not synced for this order, you must manually manage the order on the Golf Shop Special Order dashboard. Meaning you will have to manually move the order to the following stages (i.e., "Orders Placed" and "Delivered").
