TM Player Gifts: Getting Started

Updated today

This article is for the following Golf Genius Tournament Management products using the Player Gifts feature for their Events/Leagues:

Golf Genius - Golf Shop provides the tools necessary to manage your Player Gifts for your Golf Genius - Tournament Management events and leagues. These common scenarios include:

  • Junior Golf Programs

  • Team Uniforms for Interclub and Leagues

  • Swag, Tee Prizes, door prize, etc.

  • Hosted Golf Outings.

Imagine you are taking orders for your next hosted golf outing via pen and paper. You send out and collect a larger number of paper order forms and transpose the order into an email to your vendor, all without mistakes. Things will happen, mismatched sizes, too many of this size, or too few of that. Take it out of your hands and put it online.

The Golf Shop Player Gift Form allows you to easily reach your golfers on your Golf Genius TM Event Rosters right from Golf Shop. These online forms provide the means to allow individuals to order items from the form that are tracked right in Golf Shop.

With the Golf Genius - Golf Shop form, you can:

  • Sync Golf Genius TM Event Rosters

  • Create Customized Shopping Pages.

  • Send Emails and text messages to players on your Golf Genius TM Event Roster with unique links that allow access to the order form

  • Allow golfers to select items from the form and place them in a cart for ordering.

  • All orders are tracked in Golf Shop.

  • Review and submit all golfer orders to vendors using the detailed order report.
