Q: I am looking for a finalized order that has been archived. How can I find it?
A: Using the Special Order Advanced Filter, you can search for an order that has been archived because it was finalized, returned, canceled or deleted (as shown below). For example, to find an order that was finalized, go to Orders > Special Orders > Dashboard > Advanced Filter. Check the Box for "Finalized," apply any other filters as needed, and click "Search."
