How can I restore a deleted/canceled special order?

Q: We canceled/deleted a special order. How can I recover or restore that special order?

A: To recover or restore a special order, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Orders > Special Orders > Dashboard.

  2. Click Advanced Filter:

  3. Check the box for Canceled or Deleted, depending on what you did with the special order to remove it from the dashboard.

  4. Find the special order you would like to restore.

  5. Click the green "Restore" button in the lower right corner of the special order (as shown below).
