Q: A member deleted the email that contained their survey link. Can I resend the survey?
A: As long as the survey is still open, you can resend a survey to all members or specific members to fill out the survey if they have not or allow members to edit their answers. If you notice you have a poor response rate, you can also send a survey reminder email to encourage more responses. For details on sending a survey reminder, Click Here.
To resend a survey, go to Communication > Surveys > Action Dropdown > Send by Email. Just like when sending the original survey email, you will be able to pick who you would like to send the survey to, create the subject, modify the email body, and view the recipient list (as shown below). When resending a survey via email or text message, if you customized the original message, it is maintained for your convenience.
Keep in mind, if a member has already responded to the survey, as long as the survey is still open, they can still return to the survey (via the survey link) to access and edit their previous responses.
