As long as a Survey is still open, members can return to the survey (via the survey link in their email) to access and edit their responses. When you are ready to close a survey, go to Communication > Survey > Actions > Close Survey. You can also schedule a survey to close automatically from the Survey Settings.

If a member accesses a closed survey, they will receive a message indicating the survey is closed (as shown below).

You can always re-open a survey by going to Communication > Surveys > Actions > Open Survey if necessary.
