Q: We make our surveys available to guest and one needs assistance filling out the survey. Can I fill out the Survey for the guest?
A: If you made your survey available for guests to complete, and the survey is still open, yes, you can fill out a survey on behalf of your guest. If the survey is closed, you would need to reopen it first. To fill out a survey on behalf of your guest, follow these directions:
Go to Communication > Surveys.
Click the Action drop-down for the proper survey.
Select "Get Generic Link" (as shown below).
Paste the Generic Link into your browser.
Select "Guest" if necessary and fill in the required contact details.
Fill out the Survey and Click "Save." If you wish to repeat the process, repeat this process.
