Q: We want to send an anonymous survey that does not collect information about members or guests. Can we send an anonymous survey?
A: When Sending a Survey, you can send a generic link. When sending a generic link you can choose the option of an anonymous link. This way, no validation or personal information is required when completing a survey. To send an anonymous survey, follow these directions:
Go to Communication > Surveys.
Click the action dropdown next to the name of the survey.
Select "Get generic link."
Select the option "Anonymous" for who can complete this survey (as shown below).
Click the copy icon next to the "Generic Link URL."
Click "Save."
Share the link via social media, email, text, or any other available method.
