Lost and Found Analytics

Updated this week

The Lost and Found analytics is an interactive dashboard allowing managers to view detailed analytics and statistics from the Lost and Found Dashboard. This analytics dashboard comprises useful charts, graphs, and other data filtered by specific time ranges (as shown below). Go to Services > Lost and Found > Analytics to access the Lost and Found analytics page.

Use the filter to update the dashboard to include lost and found items by status (e.g., entered, deleted) and date range (as shown below).

The dashboard will provide details in tiles for the following content:

  • Top Categories:

    • Top 10 categories

    • Sort Orders by Total

  • Lost Item Results:

    • Lost

    • Lost Items Found (Number of lost items that have been found in any found state)

      • Lost item Found and Claimed

      • Lost Item Returned to Owner

  • Found Item Status:

    • Found and Unclaimed

    • Found and Claimed

    • Found and Returned to Owner

  • Lost Items Trend:

    • The Lost Item Trend chart tracks when gear goes missing throughout the selected time period. It plots the 'Date Lost' along the bottom, letting you see exactly which days or tournament weekends are creating the biggest spikes in lost property.

  • Found Items Trend:

    • The Found Item Trend chart shows you when your team is most active in recovering lost gear. By plotting the 'Date Found' along the bottom, you can see if items are being turned in steadily or if there’s a big spike after Monday morning.
