Can I scan and upload documents with the mobile app?

Q: I would like to be able to scan and upload documents (e.g., invoices, pos receipts, paper notes, etc.) to a special order. How can I do that?

A: With the mobile app, you can scan and upload documents numerous places in the mobile app:

  • Member Email Communications

  • Files Tab in a Special Order Order Details

  • Files Tab in a Club Repair Repair Details

  • When Marking a Special Order as Delivers

  • When Finalizing a Special Order

When you see the PDF Icon (as shown below), you can click that icon and scan and upload a document right from the mobile app.
