Grip Inventory with the Mobile App

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Grip Inventory Dashboard on the Mobile App is like the Grip Inventory Dashboard found on a web browser. This is where you will go on the mobile app to manage your grip inventory:

  • Create and edit grip inventory

  • View and update grip quantities

  • Visualize grips that are low on inventory

  • View actual quantities versus planned quantities (marked for repair)

In this article, we will discuss the Grip Inventory Dashboard and the available options to manage your grip inventory on the mobile app.

Grip Inventory Dashboard

The Grip inventory dashboard allows you to manage your Grip Inventory, view quantities, update inventory, and take additional actions. To access the grip inventory, go to Club Repairs > Grip Inventory (as shown below).

All grips will be listed in the grip inventory on the mobile app. A search bar is available for your convenience to help you find items in the list. Each grip will be listed as a tile with the following details:

  • Grip Name: The name of the grip.

  • Grip Description: A brief description of the grip (if available).

  • Grip Image: A static image of the grip, allowing for easy recognition of the grip.

  • Quantity: The quantity shows the current inventory and, in parentheses, the number of grips requested in repairs in the entered stage. The percentage is the current inventory (less pending grips) relative to the PAR value specified for each grip. Note: PAR Level notification can be managed from the Club Repair General Settings. The percentage will display the following colors based on a percentage of availability / PAR value, indicating when grips are getting low:

    • Green: 76-100% availability.

    • Orange: 51-75% availability.

    • Red: 0-50% availability.

  • Actions: You will have the following available actions that can be taken on a grip:

    • Edit: Edit details (i.e., description, name, quantity, selling price, etc) for an existing grip.

    • Delete: Delete the grip.
