Q: We are trying to upload a new rental inventory via spreadsheet, but when we upload the inventory, the fields for dexterity, flex, and set composition do not upload. Why is this?
A: When uploading the rental inventory, the only rental type (KIND) that can utilize the fields for dexterity, flex, and set composition is "Rental Set" (shown below). Update your rental sets to use this rental KIND, then upload the spreadsheet again.
