Managing Rentals is a big task. With Golf Shop, we help simplify the process with automated text and email notification reminders when the due date/time is approaching and even when a rental is overdue. However, one reminder may not always be enough to get the rental back to the shop, so you can also send one-off or on-demand rental reminders as an extra nudge.
In this article, we discuss sending on-demand text and email rental reminders.
On-Demand Email Notification Reminder:
To send a one-off or on-demand email reminder notification, follow these directions:
Go To Services > Rentals > Dashboard.
Search for and find the rental to which you wish to send the reminder.
Click the action drop-down and Select "Send Email Reminder" (as shown below).
Use the default message, or compose your own (as shown below).
Click "Send," and the individual will receive an email reminder.
On-Demand Text Notification Reminder:
