Why am I receiving the error "The customer selected does not have valid ShipVia method"?

Q: I am trying to start a special order in RepSpark, I am getting the error message "Could not create draft order in RepSpark (Error message: The customer selected does not have valid ShipVia method, and no default is available, please contact vendor for assistance.)"

A: This particular message means that the vendor account you are trying to create an order with in RepSpark is not completely set up. Please contact your sales rep for that vendor, who set up the RepSpark Vendor profile. The Rep needs to see if there is any missing information, such as address, customer, number, etc.
