How can I update vendor details?

Q: The Rep for our vendor change. How can I update the vendor details?

A: There may be cases where you need to change, view or add information for a vendor. For instance, a rep's contact information may have changed. If you need to make several vendor changes, Click Here for Instructions on updating vendors via spreadsheet.

To add, view or change information for a single vendor, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Club Details > Vendors > Roster.

  2. Click the action drop-down and select "Edit" for the vendor.

  3. Add/Change the necessary information in the vendor form (as shown below).

  4. Click "Save."
