Since launching in August 2023, over 3,000 Callaway special orders have been placed by Golf Shop customers using the Callaway Connect integration. This integration has streamlined special order entry by directly sending order details from Callaway Connect to Golf Shop as a new special order. As a result, golf shop staff no longer need to enter order details twice or manually update orders in Golf Shop. Further, Golf Shop receives shipping updates from Callaway Connect and sends automated notifications to members and guests, ensuring they stay informed with minimal effort.
