If your organization is a Multi-Course Operator (MCO), you can access and manage each of your individual facility accounts from a single MCO Account, without logging in separately for each one. A switch-account dropdown lets you move between facility accounts, and back to the MCO Account, in a single click. In this article, we will discuss how to switch between your MCO Account and its facility accounts, and what to expect once you've switched.
Switching to a Facility Account
A dropdown in the main menu, above the switch-manager section, lets you switch between facility accounts. Facility accounts are listed alphabetically, with the MCO Account always pinned at the top (as shown below).
Follow these directions:
Click the switch-account dropdown in the main menu.
Select the facility account you'd like to switch to (as shown below).
You'll be moved into that facility account.
Note: This dropdown is only visible to managers of the MCO Account. If a manager's permissions are restricted on the MCO Account, those same restrictions carry over into any facility account they switch to.
Switching Managers After Moving to a Facility Account
Once you've switched from the MCO Account into a facility account, the manager selector is hidden, and you can't switch directly to any of that facility account's managers.
